Lapis Lazuli has been a significant gemstone in Afghanistan for centuries, with a rich history dating back more than 6,500 years. This gemstone was admired by many ancient civilizations, including Mesopotamia, Egypt, China, Greece, and Rome. In my recent research, I examined the expressive movement of water using ground lapis extracted by a family-owned shop in Marrakech, unveiling the gem's unparalleled characteristics.
